No.
Most of Nevada is on Pacific time, with one exception: West Wendover.
In October 1999, the federal Department of Transportation (DOT) moved West Wendover from Pacific time to Mountain time. West Wendover is on the Utah-Nevada border and lies directly next to the city of Wendover, Utah, which is on Mountain time.
The DOT said the action was “designed to facilitate commerce and reduce confusion.”
Several other small towns in Nevada near other states, including Jackpot, Owyhee, Mountain City and Jarbridge, unofficially observe Mountain time, according to timetemperature.com.
